Below is the result of your feedback form. It was submitted on Tuesday, April 17, 2001 at 10:32:06 Question 1: When you take what the bible says about generations and compare it to the actual time that passed by it comes to about 51.4 years for a generation. Name and Email: 01galdeen@fr.noacsc.org
List: yes
There is probably no specific answer. Mt 1:17 gives the
generations from Abraham to Christ.Lu 3:23ff gives the record from Christ
back to Adam. Some call a Generation 40 years. Some claim Jesus will return
within a generation from the return of the Jews to their homeland. It seems
to me to say that the generation which seen the return of the Jews will also
see the return of Jesus. This Means the ones alive at the time will also be
still alive when He comes. This could be 60 years. I don't know of any
generations records from Christ to now but maybe some have or have
researched the records but I don't see any purpose in this.

Questions 2- 5: Hi, Thanks for your questions. I have made significant updates to my Christian sites lately, especially http://www.truechristianity.com/christian/salvationb.htm This should answer your question. It is well worth reading and gets to the practical issues so we can improve our lives. Please let me know what you think and feel free to answer and ask any more questions. Hopefully more people will give answers to these questions.

Question 6: Many people believe they are certainly going to Heaven and teach others we can be sure but the Bible says many people will be shocked in the coming day. Many of those people who think they will make it to Heaven will be among those who miss out. Mathew 7: 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. We need to be striving to do God's will and fear God instead of becoming complacent. In the coming day we need to be humbly repenting. Please see http://www.truechristianity.com/christian/salvationb.htm http://www.truechristianity.com/christian/saved.htm for more information.

Question 8: As explained at http://www.truechristianity.com/christian/salvationb.htm there is too much emphasis today on money and mixing Christianity with mammon and the world. Christians should be sharing and offering to freely serve instead of trying to seek money. We need to freely promote Christ and not use it as a means to obtain money. Selling Christian literature suppresses the information and encourages people to seek money to obtain it. Please see the explanation at http://www.truechristianity.com/christian/salvationb.htm
